Rule Infraction(s): Reason for Fine: Reason for Probation: Reason for Suspension:	Car was found to have the right side sub-frame rails connected with a length of 2”X3” rectangular tubing. To facilitate this modification the floor pan was cut for relief. The 2008 CNS rule book on page #41 stipulates that the class is for the basic “stock car” with only minor modifications allowed. Rule 19-2 stipulates that a complete bumper to bumper stock frame and uni-body must be retained.
Penalty*	The Car / Driver were disqualified from the #1 finishing position with no points or purse awarded.
