Mod Coupe Rules Updates

Colorado National Speedway has updated the rules file for the Mod Coupe division at CNS. The most significant updates are in the Engine Protest Procedure portion of the rules. We have now created a baseline standard for horsepower and torque for the 602 Crate Engine. Special thanks to Greeley Automotive & Machine as well as Starr Racing for allowing CNS the time and equipment to come up with these baseline standards.
