Appeal Hearing Set for the #11 Super Late Model

The owner of the #11 Super Late Model is appealing the 4 position penalty that was instituted for the April 20th race in the post race tech area. The appeal will be heard early next week and the results will be announced after a decision has been made. UPDATE: The appeal was heard on April 29th and it was determined that the 4 position penalty remain in effect.

The Galitz Transportation Late Models have been added to the Saturday May 4th event schedule at Colorado National Speedway. The Late Models will be joining the Super Late Models, Legend Cars, Bandoleros, Trains and Circle Drags for the IECRM Energizing the Rockies Night at CNS.

GAM Tires on 04-27-2019

All competitors in the Grand American Modified division will be allowed to purchase 4 new tires for this weekend only (04-27-2019). However, anyone who purchases 4 new tires must run all 4 tires purchased that evening. Tires will be marked therefore tires cannot be stockpiled. You must run the tires that you buy on that night. After this weekend the 2 tire rule will be back in effect and enforced for the remainder of the season.

A team member from the #11 Super Late Model was interfering with post race tech inspection for another vehicle attempting to influence the outcome of the inspection.
