Huge 2-Day Memorial Day Race this weekend at CNS
Saturday May 25th. This Saturday and Sunday at CNS it's time to honor and remember those that have served to protect our freedoms and at CNS we honor them with a massive 2-Day racing bonanza! Yes, that's right folks not one big race but TWO days of incredible short track racing.
The first night of racing on Saturday Night is presented by GTI-DEKA Golf Cars. Saturday Night is the Military Race and we send out the Late Models which will culminate in a 50 lap main event. The Pro Trucks will return to CNS on Saturday Night as will the Grand American Modifieds. But that's not all folks the wild and wacky Whittar Racing Trains will cap off what is sure to be one of the best night's of racing this season.
Sunday May 26th. The second night of our massive 2-Day Memorial Day Race is a SPECIAL EVENT with special event pricing. The Super Late Models will compete in a 2 segment main
event which has a format unlike anything you have ever seen before at CNS. The Mod Coupes and Legends will also be on the track. And as if that wasn't enough the Figure 8s will dare each other through the X.
Oskar Blues Brewery is the sponsor for Sunday Night's Race To Remember and they will not only be bringing you all this great racing action but there will also be a HUGE FIREWORKS SHOW after Sunday Night's racing has concluded.

Rule Book Updates
There have been some minor rule updates. A summary of the changes are as follows:
Super stocks:
The following has been added to the rule book: SPOILER: A rear spoiler, non-adjustable from the driver’s compartment, may be attached to the rear deck-lid, not to exceed 4 inches in height and 60 inches in length. Must be constructed of 1/8 inch metal or ¼ inch Lexan and control the flow of air over one surface only. No rudders, side traps, or forward mounting brackets allowed. Minimum angle is 55 degrees. The spoiler must maintain the same contour as the rear deck lid.
For clarification: The Stock Holly #R4412CT is considered a legal carburetor as it meets the same specifications as a #R4412.
Super Stocks and Pure Stocks:
The following has been added to each respective division’s rules: Side windows and vent windows are NOT allowed.
General Section
The following has been added to the rule book under window nets: No objects may be attached to the window net at any time. The rational is this changes the rating of the window net thus making it a safety violation. It may also impede the ability of safety workers in the event of an emergency. Examples of this include hanging stuffed animals or wire-tying Lexan to them.
Pro Trucks: For clarification purposes, there is still a nose height rule for the division and this will be checked in tech and reads as follows: Front spoiler minimum of 4 inch ground clearance.
