Transponder UPDATE

After evaluating our transponder rental charges at $40 we felt that it was too high of a fee for individuals that couldn't afford to buy so we are reducing our rental fees to $25 per race night.

NOTE: To all of those who already own their own transponders please be aware that transponders have a 14 hour charge time and it is the drivers responsibility to have their transponder charged properly so they can be accurately scored for the race events.

DEMO X Windshield Announcement

We have found the need to have Lexan windshields in the DEMO X cars. A half windshield covering the drivers side of the front window will be adequate, 1/8th inch minimum thickness required.

Celebration of life for JD

A celebration of life for “JD” has been set for next Sunday April 22, 2012. It is scheduled to get underway at 1PM at 1905 Jasper St Aurora Colorado.

JD was the long time head of Tech at Colorado National Speedway and succumbed to his battle with Cancer last Wednesday April 11, 2012.

WHEN: Sunday April 22nd 1PM

(Dacono CO - 04-14-2012) A great field of Grand American Modifieds were on hand to compete in a 40 lap main event with a $1,000 payoff, yet Mother Nature had other plans and cut the event short just after intermission.

The passing of John "JD" Dixon

It is with a heavy, heavy, heart that we share the sad news that long time CNS tech director "JD" John Dixon passed away today.

The entire CNS staff sends their heart-felt prayers and condolences to JD's family, and friends.

(04-07-2012, Dacono, CO) 2012 began where 2011 left off with with Lee Kemmit taking home all the hardware in the CNS Pair A Dice Sportsman division. Kemmit came from outside the third row and worked his way passed Dave Dienes to take the lead just before the halfway mark of the race and he never looked back.
