Eggleston Repeats NAPA/Toyota 150 Win

Ursetta Uses Late Race Restart to Perfection Winning the Mother’s Day Race at CNS

(05-13-2017 Dacono, CO) Arvada’s Dominic Ursetta and Broomfield’s Jace Hansen battled for 50 laps in the Candlewood Suites Mother’s Day Madness event at CNS. Amendments to the 2016 F-8 Rules effective Jan 1, 2017

  1. 25lb must be bolted to the front stub on fabricated stub cars. Fabricated stubs must maintain same geometry as original. 
  2. No penalty for fabricated rear clip. 
  3. Any year body is permitted. No lightweight or carbon fiber components. Body must resemble factory body (no dirt car wedge bodies). Mixing year and make of body parts is allowed. 
  4. Full factory firewall must be used. 
  5. Aluminum water pump is allowed. 
  6. 602 crate engine 3100 lbs. 604 crate engine 3200 lbs

Figure 8 Division Rules Meeting

There will be a Figure 8 meeting which will be held at Taco Loco in Dacono on highway 52 just of east of Jerry D’s (Downtown Dacono). The meeting will be this Thursday December 29th 2016 at 6PM. The meeting will be for the purpose of discussing changes and proposals for the Figure 8 division for the 2017 season and beyond. Please plan to attend to have your voice heard.

2016 Year In Review

2016 marked the 51st season at Colorado National Speedway and if there was one overriding theme throughout the year it was the fresh faces in winner’s circle and on top of the season standings.
