Attention Drivers: a Rule Update has been made to the CNS General Rules in the Race Procedure Section. It reads as follows:
"Drivers must be able to meet a minimum competitive standard in the Division in which they are competing. If, in the interest of driver and race safety, Track Officials determine that a Driver is failing to meet the minimum competitive standard of that Division, that Driver will be black flagged and / or not allowed to compete."
