Legends Event Information for 7-26-25

Attention CNS Legend Drivers:

It’s been brought to our attention that some of our Legend Drivers were unaware that this weekend’s event is a CARS MMI Sanctioned event, and have not yet filled out a separate CARS no-charge registration. We are sending this into to clarify anything that wasn’t clear from the CARS communication back on July 8^th

1. Registration is Free. Pit Passes: $50 Friday, $50 Saturday

2. Friday Practice for Legends is $50 per car

3. Entry Fee for Saturday’s $1,000 to win Feature Race is $50. This is a CNS Points race.

4. Legends are required to hold an INEX license; CARS MMI license not required for legends this weekend.

5. PitPay App: CARS MMI will exclusively use PitPay for all race related events.

6. Competition Rules: Legends in accordance with ’25 INEX rules.

7. Race Procedures: LEG in accordance with ’25 CARS Race Procedures.

8. Tires: Legends are not required to purchase tires.

9. Fuel: Legends to use INEX approved fuel only.

If you have not already set up PitPay and registered for this weekend, please do so immediately. Note that while registrations for this event will be accepted on Friday the 25^th and Saturday the 26^th, pre-registration is STRONGLY encouraged as you don’t want to be that person fumbling with PitPay at the ticket window and holding up the lines! There is no registration fee, and you are competing for an enhanced purse, but your CNS Registration will not count for this event.

Last quick note – Super Late Models will also fall under the CARS Sanction this weekend, but the Figure 8’s, Super Stocks, and Bandoleros will all follow normal CNS protocols.
