The 2021 season at Colorado National Speedway is drawing to a close, and the next few weeks will determine which drivers and teams leave as champions. Things kicked off on September 25th with the Matco Tools Pro Truck Championship night. Saturday night was packed full of double-headers, as each class had a set of two feature races on the schedule. CNS SALUTES THE PAST AT HARLEY-DAVIDSON RIDE 9/11 NIGHT Every year, Colorado National Speedway plays host to the High Country Harley-Davidson 9/11 Memorial Ride to pay tribute who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks twenty years ago. Riders and their Harley-Davidson machines hit the pavement to celebrate the USA, many flying the good ole red, white and blue behind them as they paraded around the track. “Utter Madness” night sponsored by Longmont Dairy Farm. The track was dried and a rainbow appeared behind the backstretch grandstands, the perfect backdrop for a colorful night of racing. Tri-Town Meets Car Club came out on the track to show off their prized cars during intermission along with Drift Colorado, throwing rubber and smoke for fans who weathered the storm.
