Attention all CNS Race Participants! Effective immediately, the following clarification applies to all Engines running a Allstar Restrictor / Governor / Base Plate and Allstar Pucks for competition:
Any Engine running a 1” thick plate must be fitted with a 1” thick puck. Any Engine running a 1/2” thick plate must be fitted with a 1/2” thick puck. No cross matching will be permitted.
All current Allstar Inserts / Restrictors / Pucks will remain in place as stated in the Rules posted on the CNS website.
